Role description:
Your role will involve developing new business in Aberdeen through business to business sales and relationship building, as well as management of existing client accounts. A recruitment consultant's role is demanding and diverse, involving:
• Using marketing and business knowledge to build a client base
• Sales canvassing to establish new contacts and their recruitment requirements
• Taking responsibility for your clients' recruitment lifecycle, from identifying a need to reviewing applications, managing interviews and considering potential candidates;
Who we're looking for:
Potential Recruitment Consultants must be able to demonstrate;
• High levels of drive and enthusiasm
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Strong commercial business acumen
• A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career
Experience in the recruitment industry is desirable, however by no means essential. We offer a diverse and thorough training program, on-going throughout your career.
