Ensure that sufficient data is available re load and capacity to enable the timely decision making process as regards subcontract activities.  Actively recommend when such a course of action is required to safeguard customer deliveries.

Liaise closely with shipping to ensure accurate instructions are available to the assembly areas in relation to customer requirements and product configurations required to enable timely shipment of product to plan.

Principle Accountabilities

Liaison with the clients Planning Engineer or equivalent as necessary to ensure schedule compatibility, and help build and maintain relationships with customers (internal and external), ensuring that a high quality, professional service is promoted and provided.  Customer satisfaction leads to repeat business.

The close monitoring/updating and rescheduling, as circumstances dictate, of such Project Specific Schedules to ensure client/customer agreed milestones are honoured.

To highlight and advised the Project Manager / Project Engineer when milestone progress payments from the client can be invoiced.

To liaise and communicate clearly, constructively and positively with members of all Departments ranging from Engineering, Quality Assurance, through to Operations, Workshop &amp;amp; Stores - To help ensure that all Projects are completed on time with minimal disruption to other planned events.

Promote a free flow of information between departments - Actively participate as a member of the Group Engineering / Project Team to share customer experiences with an aim to improve department efficiency, reduce costs, and assist to improve the quality of the end product.

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the day to day running and administration of the Aberdeen based Data Processing and Integrated Services/Consulting group. 

Working closely with clients, you will understand their technical requirements, constraints and challenges and provide data processing and technical consulting advice and associated products to aid in the exploration for oil and gas. You will develop and maintain good client relations and ensure that the DP group meets agreed specifications with regard to data quality and turnaround schedule. Responsibilities:	Reporting to Chief Operating Officer you will be responsible for and undertake the following:
•	Working with the Aberdeen Group initially, your primary responsibilities will be to plan for and allocate resources for services projects worldwide, sourcing foreign DP groups in Kuala Lumpur when required.
•	Ensure the timely and quality completion of projects to the client’s satisfaction.
•	The management and supervision of services personnel and the sourcing, recruiting, hiring, training and retention of key employees.
•	Efficient project management ensuring on time and satisfactory delivery of services projects
•	Ensuring that the DP group meets client specifications and company specifications with regard to data quality and turnaround schedule

            <description>We are looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic person to work within the marketing consultancy team. The role will involve the development and execution of marketing tactical marketing activities, and contribution to marketing plans and strategies, on behalf of the client and their clients. Liaising and building relationships with a range of stakeholders, eg, clients, suppliers and colleagues. Production and delivery of tactical marketing activities, including newsletters, collateral, feature articles for PR purposes, e-marketing and online marketing. This will require excellent writing skills and the ability to communicate features and benefits of products and/or services to the target market. Project Management and liaison with 3rd parties eg PR agency, design agency, printers. Arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials. Creating, maintaining and updating mailing databases. Carrying out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness. Organising and attending events and exhibitions, Evaluating effectiveness of marketing campaigns, contributing to marketing plans and strategies. Supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues.
